Never in my life have I come across such an unprofessional doctor’s office. You would think this place was a social hangout, not a medical facility. The front desk staff are completely unprofessional — to the point where they lied to me and told me my doctor refused to print my prescription. I actually had to cancel work meetings and go to the office in person just to speak with my doctor, who was shocked and had no idea her staff told me that. I cannot recommend Willow Park Medical Group after my recent experience. As a returning patient (after 3 years) and bringing my wife as a new patient, we encountered multiple serious issues: Three weeks of failed attempts to get lab orders sent to blood work facilities (tried both Quest and HNL). Despite multiple calls to the office, they couldn't complete this simple task and refused to provide printed orders.
