Sad to see these towers are at a 2.8. I worked here years ago and it had so much potential then. However, some of the workers needed to be replaced due to environment being in such a place of need to basis. The tenants were neutral but for the most part everyone seemed to get along as best they could and were willing to work together and come together for the betterment of the community, building and their lives/ lifestyles.
