I, my husband and my son had a very positive experience with Dr. Tam of Willow Glen Dental. We liked her professionalism and gentle and compassionate approach. Dr. Tam took a thorough and detail oriented care of my wife. She always answers all the questions and addresses concerns. With very delicate approach Dr. Tam performs complicated procedures. Dr. Tam creates a welcoming atmosphere, keeps clean and modern facilities and her hygienist and all her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, dear Dr Tam ❤️
Willow Glen Dental is so on top of everything and everyone was so pleasant to communicate with. From my initial call to the office, the person who answered the phone was warm, helpful, and unhurried. I scheduled my appointment early in the morning and when I arrived, everything was set up, everyone was ready to go. Great experience from the time I registered at the front desk who was able to accommodate me since l was late to the hygienist who made me comfortable as she cleaned my teeth and gave me some advice as to how to improve my brushing and also Dr Kong’s evaluation as to things and how they might in the future.
I had an exam and a cleaning at Willow Glen Dental yesterday. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Although it's not in my insurance network, I would definitely visit again.
