My sister, who passed away last year, lived in Willow Gardens for four years when her dementia made it too difficult for us to care for her ourselves. I am very grateful we found Willow Gardens. We removed my father from Willow Gardens within a month of moving him here. The care left a lot to be desired, the facility’s communication was severely lacking and they kept thousands of dollars as a “community fee” that were desperately needed for his care due to their clause that they must have 30 days notice to remove a resident, even if they are there for less than one month. In our case, his 19 day stay cost us almost 20k.

We have our Uncle Fred there and visit him regularly. He's incredibly happy and really likes the staff, his meals and talks about how lucky he is to be there. When we visit him, the staff are caring, friendly and always go above and beyond to keep everyone safe. The facility is clean and bright with lots of communal areas and he really likes his room. We feel so much better knowing that he's in good hands.

Willow Gardens is lovely, it resembles a hotel. The staff is experienced and caring.
