This is a great office with very friendly and welcoming professionals. You can tell that everyone who works here takes their job very seriously and strives to make sure you have the best and most comfortable experience possible. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I called to schedule a new patient appointment on a Friday evening when they were closed and Dr. Nikolov was able to fit me in as early as Monday. I didn’t end up booking the appointment because of prior obligations but the fact that she personally called me back today (Wednesday) to see if I had found a dentist/ needed to schedule an appointment went above and beyond for me. She really went out of her way to help me, even though I didn’t end up using Willow Family dental services.

I am very happy and satisfied with each visit to your office. Dr. Nikolov and her staff are friendly, on time, and professional in the way they approach the patients. I've had various procedures done, from routine cleanings to getting a crown done. Each time, I felt very comfortable and informed as to how each procedure was going to happen. Personally, I am not one who enjoys going to the dentist but Dr. Nikolov and her staff make it as easy and as comfortable of an experience as possible.
