Great vet and staff! Dr. Brinkley and his staff are great with my dogs! In the rising high-cost veterinary market, they have stayed reasonable and really listen to the customer. On one visit one of my Jack Russell's was completely out of control and frightened, and they were great with him. I trust them completely and will continue to go back for years to come. I think Dr. Brinkley is the only vet who has not tried to rip us off during allergy season! We're sticking with him. My dogs like him.
Exceptional service from Dr. Brinkley I have been a client of Dr. Brinkleys for over 2 years and always received exceptional service with him and his staff. For the person who wrote the bad review knows who is in the wrong. Don't blame Dr. Brinkley for your mistake. Also, for anyone who would like the real truth, to please call Dr. Brinkley himself ANYTIME.
My puppy died The clinic delivered my dog dead and they didn't even know it had died when I arrived to pick it up. The evening worker said my dog was sick and its tongue had turned blue. It was Sunday night and we were in town but unable to pick it up because of the clinic's regulations that you had to wait til Monday. My dog was feeling great on Friday morning when we took it to the Willow Bend Clinic, wagging its tail, jumping around. Three days later, our dog was dead. Very caring and professional Been going there for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is great with my dog. Previously had an 18 year old dog that died and we brought her in and they handled the cremation. They were very nice and caring. Always get results of tests back much faster than my own personal doctor!
Great Vet Care I would like to thank Dr. Brinkley and his helpful staff for the care of my animals. My pets have been patients for many years and I enjoy the customer service I receive each and every time. Special thanks to the groomer for her consistent quality of doggie hair design! Willowbend is top notch; disregard crazy person's posting Dr. Brinkley is one of the most caring and educated vets I know of. I have used Dr. Brinkley since he opened his clinic in Plano many years ago. I use him more often than most because I have been involved with animal rescue for more than 10 years. Wow! The last review is not the place I go to. Willow Bend Vet clinic - and Dr Brinkley - are excellent. The previous review suggests that he up-sells things... this is about the furthest from the truth that I have ever seen. In fact he has a number of times told me to 'not worry' it will heal on its own. He always talks about options and the associated costs - and what options are really important. Terrible Vet! After 7 years of dealing with this office, I simply must take my four dogs, and my business, somewhere else! Dr. Brinkley's manner is very upsetting; every time I go in for an appointment, he is pushy in upselling additional and unecessary services/procedures/medications. The most recent issue is that I'm now frightened to EVER board my dogs there again.
