Nice facility friendly staff I changed pediatricians because of poor service at my previous Dr Office. Dr Frank at Willow Bend Pediatrics was wonderful. He paid attention to our concerns and the staff was friendly with me and my daughter. The facilities were very nice and modern. I was happy with my initial visit. I will be keeping this Dr for some time.
All around quality service! Dr. Mehendale, her associates, and the support staff are all wonderful! Very friendly and wecloming atmostphere, no long wait times, very responsive to phone calls, and no insurance or payment hassles. Dr. M has been very willing to listen to and accomodate our preferences with regard to our child's healthcare. Her bright and caring demeanor is very comforting to us as first-time parents.
Very Good Pediatric Office I love this office, and my pediatrician. They admit at Presbyterian Hospital. Yes the staff is very friendly. The location is very convenient with lots of free parking. I would recommend this group to anyone.
most well-run dr. office I've ever experienced I LOVE this office! We travel from Rockwall with our 2 kids and the trip is well worth it. The office is very nice and clean, there is NEVER a long wait, (we're usually in and out in well under 30 minutes) and most importantly, Dr. Frank believes in informing parents but allowing them to make decisions concerning their child's health, vaccinations, etc. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Great pediatricians! Dr. Mehendale and her associates do a great job. The office is very clean, the staff is mostly pleasant (with the exception of one check-out person). I can always get a sick child a same day appointment. The after-hours call backs are fast and from a doctor.

I hope no one ever experiences this type of treatment again... Dr. Mehendale seemed very nice and easy to talk to but I had an absolutely horrible experience with one of the nurses. She was extremely unprofessional and even though I like the doctor, calling in with a general question and getting the response and tone of voice that I did is unacceptable. My son is in excruciating pain with the procedure that was done and I asked plainly how long will this last and how do I care for him until it subsides. The response I receiv... read more
Willow Bend Pediatrics is wondeful I have been to Dr. Frank and occasionally Dr. Menhendale since 1997. My children do not have any chronic health concerns and we feel we are always listened to. Dr. Frank is professional, thorough and a great communicator.
Office Staff Needs Change We have used Dr. Mehendale with both of our children since birth. They are now ages 20 months and 3 years respectively.
