My mother was referred to Willow Bend Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy by her surgeon for treatment of necrotizing fasciitis on her heel. Heather was awesome. We are new to Hyperbaric medicine, but were referred by our surgeon after total knee replacement. We called Willow Bend Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and talked w Heather. She was able to get us in that day and took care of all the insurance issues. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to keep us informed and educated.
I called with a few questions pertaining to the sessions and I spoke to Heather, she was very kind, encouraging, and informative along with our conversation. Her kindness really went a long way and I hope that I can start receiving treatments with Willow Bend soon!
Heather was amazing! I had to go 33 days after having necrosis from surgical complications. I was one of the worst cases they’d seen. I credit this place to help saving my skin and possibly my life as the necrosis had grown in a short amount of time. Hyperbaric is amazing for wound care and I wish insurance covered it more. As a bonus my blood pressure lowered and I got better sleep during my treatments. I plan to get hyperbaric treatment before and after surgeries from now on.
The doctor is amazing but Heather disclosed personal information to a family member with my consent also she was very unprofessional with me . She argue with me for 15 mins of me asking her to go ahead and give me scrubs due to safety hazard. She has discuss patient's information with me and spoke poorly about the doctor that referred me which was Dr. Graft. I was driving 45 mins daily and later started going 3 times a week.
