When my Plastic Surgeon recommended Hyperbaric Therapy after my reconstruction surgery. I was terrified!! Heather at Willow Bend made me feel so at ease. She had me come in, view the chamber and answered all my questions. She was so kind and patient as I had my first treatment. Heather was awesome. We are new to Hyperbaric medicine, but were referred by our surgeon after total knee replacement. We called Willow Bend Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and talked w Heather. She was able to get us in that day and took care of all the insurance issues. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to keep us informed and educated.
I called with a few questions pertaining to the sessions and I spoke to Heather, she was very kind, encouraging, and informative along with our conversation. Her kindness really went a long way and I hope that I can start receiving treatments with Willow Bend soon!
