Long but helpful. What I will say is, these apartments may appear suitable on the surface. Some units have been renovated with a basic gray-scale theme, from gray walls to gray floor panels. The in-wall air conditioning units, however, are outdated and inefficient. Lindy recently changed to a new payment portal that confused me since I’m not very good at using computers. Ryan, the young lady in the office helped me navigate and set up Domuso, when I was borderline frustrated. Her assistance made the process easy and stress-free. And I set up auto-pay so I don’t have to worry about the internet issues every month.
Great place to live , quiet neighborhood, the office is helpful when you have concerns they handle it maintenance is good and overall a good experience.
Lisa, in management, is a dream to work with & set us up amazingly! Very quick to respond. Genuine concern & care by a manager is rare! Highly recommend.
I lived here with my boyfriend and it was really quiet but there were so many mice and roaches. I could not wait to move. Just nasty. People were stealing packages and the security system is horrible.
