Great Area BUT this place was hell!!!! They have a bad rodent problem, mold that they never fully treat, plumbing issues, the washers stay broken and the walls are super thin. Also your packages will be stolen!!!

Long but helpful. What I will say is, these apartments may appear suitable on the surface. Some units have been renovated with a basic gray-scale theme, from gray walls to gray floor panels. The in-wall air conditioning units, however, are outdated and inefficient. I’ve consistently dealt with issues including earwigs, water bugs, roaches, crickets and spiders — some of them extremely large. Lindy recently changed to a new payment portal that confused me since I’m not very good at using computers. Ryan, the young lady in the office helped me navigate and set up Domuso, when I was borderline frustrated. Her assistance made the process easy and stress-free. And I set up auto-pay so I don’t have to worry about the internet issues every month.

Great place to live , quiet neighborhood, the office is helpful when you have concerns they handle it maintenance is good and overall a good experience.
