Vet She is an outstanding vet. She has helped us put down 3 dogs. She is caring and kind. Have never met a vet like her before. We just love her.
Very angry customer I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Do not call her!! She is rude and makes accusations about her clients and refuses to treat pets without even seeing them. We were trying to get help for our two dogs who have really bad fleas this year and was told that she would not treat them because we didn't take care of them...isn't the point of calling taking care of them. Jody Erzi has been our family's vet for many years now, and is the one person we entrust with our pets health. We look forward to her annual visits and vaccinations (the human pets do!) as a time to make sure our pets health is on track. Won't call again. I am currently housebound and worried about my cat possibly being sick and needing to be spayed. Since Dr. Willoughby advertises for home visits, I called her and she just said the cat needs to be spayed first and foremost and she can't help me with that at home, so "good luck with that" and hung up! How rude!
Dedicated Veterinarian Erzsi Willoughby is by far the most loving and dedicated Veterinarian we have ever met. She is in a profession that was made for her. Her love of animals is without a doubt the most genuine we have seen in the animal professions. She truly cares for each and every one of her patients. Erzsi is a blessing in life i just want anyone who is looking for an excellent loving person to care for your pet to know, she is most awesome person. she is heart ,manifested- i did not even know her and she came to put my cat to sleep when he had kidney failure. i was a complete wreck, unable to even function during this horror of having my cat get sick and she really grounded the situation and well i cannot say enough good about her, but really, a blessing- thanks erzsi
Dr Willoughby is Wonderful!! Erzsi Willoughby has been an incredible physician caring for our pets for 13 years. Several years ago she diagnosed our rottweiler with a rare and painful skin disorder. We would have lost him without her help. She spent numerous hours researching this disease and working with our family to find a treatment that has kept him healthy and happy. Great Vet Erzsi Willoughby has been providing great at-home veterinarian care for our cats for approximately the past 16 years. Not having to take our pets to a clinic has been a blessing for them as well as my husband and I, particularly in the case of our current cat who "freaks out" whenever she is around any other animal. Wonderful Willoughby Dr. Erzsi Willoughby has seen me through illnesses of my pets and my neighbors pets for over 10 years. You will not find a more loving and compassionate doctor or human being. I don't know Laura B's problem or situation, but I can fully recommend Erzsi as a doctor whom I trust completely. An attack like this is false and very sad. JanO
