I would advise anyone to stay away from this location. Everything the other reviews have stated is true. They are some of the most deceptive sales people around. At the end of my lease for a 2016 Civic the buyout price was $12450. When we actually went to purchase the car, they sold it to us for $2,000 ($14450) more. We've been contacting them directly asking for an explanation as to why the original buyout price was not honored and have not received any responses back. My impression of Davis Honda is that they engage in a egregious and consistent pattern of unfair, deceptive, and abusive practices that could be deemed to be illegal in nature. This includes misleading statements, taking advantage of vulnerable consumers, and insufficient disclosure of lending options. In addition, they are a bait and switch shop and then claim that there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding. I went to Davis Honda to assist a friend in a first time car purchase. My friend had no knowledge of the car buying process and requested my assistance for this reason. Certified Dealer is SO RUDE!! STAY AWAY!! SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!! Visited this dealership couple of times to buy a used CIVIC. These people have strange/ridiculous pricing structure (Internet price + Prep fee ($499) + Cert. Fee ($699) + Doc fee ($499) + Tax, title (usual) which brings the price to unreasonably high. First the salesman indicated that it was going to be $189/mo for 60 months… Then a bit later, the manager came out and said that was a mistake and it was really $195/mo for 66 months!!! >> This was a net increase of $1500, a SIGNIFICANT change. When I asked why the sudden change, he muttered something about the bank and that salesman looked at the wrong number on the screen.
