Returns on 01/15/24 to have rear differential seal replaced, which is something they recommended. They supposedly replaced the rear seal for $271.00. Once I got my car back felt suspicious and took the car to another reputable repair shop who said the rear seal wasnt replaced. The new shop said if it had been replaced additional supplies needed for the repair should have been listed on the invoice, but they werent. Have tried to speak to mgr at dealership, but no one returns call. Leaning towards theft by deception complaint... read more

Did a maintenance check with oil change on my civic and when finished, did not correctly tighten and place engine cover under car. Resulting in it being scratched and crushed by man hole cover, needing to remove it. Sales rep were heated with terrible customer service and in return blamed on me and would not pay for a new one.

I bought a F-150 truck 2012, on used cars, they assure me that the Truck was in good condition, second day I call them after we noticed the truck had a lick under and was making noises, they tow the truck back to the dealership, only to call me back a few hours later and told me nothing wrong with the truck, after that they call me for oil change, went there had oil change and supposed they the whole inspection, they charge me $161.00 dollars. we drove home, to find out that the antifreeze was empty, and we call again, advis... read more

I broke down on *********** on way to VA. Got a tow to Davis Honda where they told me it would be $6,206.77 to fix my car. There were items listed that had been replaced recently. I didn't let them touch it and I towed my car back home. Had it fixed here and the total was $330 and my car is running beautifully. Untrustworthy dealer!!! Despicable!! Just trying to take advantage of a person in a difficult situation.

Not surprised at the *** rating. I had a very similar experience to ************** I live 5 hours away from the dealership and I made a deal for a used Camaro via emails. Agreed to price and made arrangements to swap vehicles in 3 days. I got a call the following day telling me the car was sold./I suspect the same thing-better and or no trade offer. The sales staff can't be trusted. There are many other Honda dealers in the region; steer clear of Davis.

The service department charged me $900 for the repair of an engine that they later told needed to needed to be completely replaced because they had misdiagnosed the actual problem - TWICE. Then the sales department lowered the original trade-in price I was quoted by $5000 because they failed to thoroughly inspect my truck or check with service before giving me a value.

They have the worst service department that I have ever dealt with. Dripping oil from the under carriage after an oil change. Happened twice in a row. Decided to give them one more chance and no dripping oil from the under carriage but oily hand prints on my hood and fenders after my oil change service. That is how they gave my vehicle back to me. I didn't leave until I showed the service manager and all he said is that it shouldn't be like that and he did clean the oily hand prints off with cleaner and a rag. They were 3 fo... read more

The General manager, Mark ******made me an offer on a truck I inquired about. I accepted the offer and was told the truck was in transit (not yet on the lot). I told him I would complete the deal without seeing the truck (it's new so no great risk). I received no response for two days and finally he told me the truck was sold. I can only guess they received a better offer after accepting my offer. That's bad business. They are not to be trusted.

Please beware of Davis Honda! After leasing a new 2017 Honda from them I wanted to purchase and finance it and the salesperson (Peter) and dealership negotiator (Dominick) presented me with an interest rate of 3.24-3.49% (only after requesting the rate – initially they only gave me the monthly payment amount), then added on ridiculous, possibly unlawful nuisance fees: MV Fees/Docs - $714, Processing Fee - $1,997 and Taxes - $1,114.
