My longtime dentist office could not accommodate my cleaning appointment. I called Willis Dental Care to inquire about availability and got in the next week. They emailed the patient registration information prior to my appointment. On the day of I was taken straight to the back. The hygienist "Karen" was exceptional. She has a bubbly personality and was gentle with my teeth.
I must admit, I received, efficient, courteous, and professional service during my visit to Willis Dentistry. I have no complaints.

Very little waiting time. I received a thorough cleaning and a good visit allaround.
I was running late due to bad traffic coming from Selma, but they accommodated my needs as soon as I notified them by phone. They welcomed me very politely and then the hygienist can to get me. Karen was very gentled during the cleaning procedure. She took X-rays as a follow up, cleaned my teeth, and explained what procedure was needed to help me with my gum problem. A long term patient of Dr. Willis. As usual, I was very pleased with cleaning by Lindsey and exam by Dr. Willis during my last visit.
Professionally done, felt important, all my questions were answered, good advise on preventative care was discussed, comfortable setting. Looking forward to my next visit.
