Best 'first visit' experience I've had. The usual forms needed to get set up in their system were mailed in advance so I had no delay entering their office. I checked in and was brought back on my scheduled appointment time, this alone made a real estate impression on me. Love my dentist and his staff! They're the best!
Of course I flossed my crown off my tooth on a Thursday evening when offices are closed for the weekend. But when I called Friday morning a kind voice answered and scheduled me for Monday afternoon! Under a drenching downpour I made it. Dr. Willis recemented the crown in a few minutes painlessly and l can chew on that side again. The cost was very reasonable. As always my expectations were met and they exceeded my anticipation.
A beautiful building and comfortable waiting room greets patients and guests upon entry, followed by friendly, smiling front desk associates. Wait time was minimal, and the hygienist, Lindsey, did a thorough job. She was kind and calming. Dr. Henderson was friendly and super nice. I'll be back for regular visits.
It's always a pleasant experience to go to Willis Dental Care. My husband and I have been driving from Selma, Al , since our awesome dentist, Dr David Henderson, joined their practice. Everyone is always so nice and professional! I highly recommend them to anyone for their dental care.
