I bought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Willis on March 11th. I was able to drive my car for 4 weeks before I had to take it in due to 2 lights coming on. I bought a $3000 extended warranty from them in which Willis took days to answer their calls for sales documents and spent 1.5 weeks waiting for an answer only to find out that my claim was denied by the warranty company because this was a pre-existing issue when I bought it. After 20 yrs of satisfying service at this dealer, they refused to repair damage to the paint on the trunk of my Cadillac which was caused by the metal frame they placed around the license plate to advertise their dealership. People might want to check this frame.

I purchased a 2012 ***** Volt through ********************* with Xmission. I live in MN and the car was delivered to me with low tire pressure. No one ever followed up with me. This dealership is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Not only do they overcharge customers on service they do it half ass. I recently had issues with my smartkey and they have done nothing to resolve the issue but ask us to pay 675$ for a spare key and wait another 5 days because they have no idea what is wrong with my vehicle, whereas Minneapolis, MN location dealership was able to send me the same key for $300 and overnight it. Hello. I have investigated Clarissa's complaint. Our quote included the labor required to program the new key fobs. Due to the price difference, the guest purchased 1 OEM key fob and 1 aftermarket key fob from another dealership. The guest supplied the parts to our service department and we programmed the key fobs. When the guest picked their vehicle up, they were upset that there was a labor charge for the programming.
