I loved Willies before they loved locations.. I feel the food quality, atmosphere, service, nostalgia and pricing suffered after they moved. I loved the old hole in the wall off of loudon.. the back patio was great and the food was tastier, larger portions and cheaper there.. I loved the nostalgia of the old location. I had so many good times there and absolutely loved their blackberry habanero sauce on the smoked wings!! We saw Willie’s on Michael Symons show and we’re heading to Lexington and thought we’d give it a try. We had the smoked deviled eggs and they were very good. We had the Willie’s Pork Burger. It was very good. 100 bourbons and a great selection of draft beers. There was live music when we attended.
Good q and music. Come for the music and get some good food while you’re there.
What’s not to like? Most unique place in Lex. Food is A+++ Service is great...You can’t go wrong!
I only had beer, but it was good.
