Only have had my car serviced here. I used to have a BMW that he serviced until the bitter end of its life, then I purchased a brand new Subaru and still bring it to him vs the dealership. Top notch service. Rachel and Willie both put their heart and soul into the business and strive for excellence with their customers. Willie is such a perfectionist and am so proud of him for making the community of Southbury a better place.

2 Days before Christmas one of our vehicles had significant issues. Given the upcoming holiday and limited hours of most every business, we were in an incredibly difficult situation. Thankfully, Willie (and Rachel) were working on their usual day off. Without hesitation, they took the car in and Willie fixed the issue in a matter of hours. We were very grateful, impressed, and we HIGHLY recommend Willie’s!!!
