Knowledgeable, and service that went way beyond what is expected. We were not present when we sold, so there were many instances where Willie had to go back to the house to perform repairs called out by Appraisers, YES Appraisers are now calling out painting spots missed outside. Willie handled it himself. We are so happy we listed with them. Highly recommend if you want to sell your house, use Willie and Re-Max by the Lake.

Willie is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He was extremely flexible with our schedule. He changed appointments on short notice. He offered great advice about purchasing a house. He provided recommendations for services such as cement work, epoxy flooring, block walls, etc. He was helpful even after we closed escrow. I would highly recommend him.
