A Sonoma county tresure, we are very fortunate.
For a number of years I purchased a small turkey from a competitor, but was totally unsatisfied the last two years, seemed more like processed deli meat, so started to hunt for a replacement and saw Willie Bird advertised in a William Sonoma catalog. I purchased directly from Willie Bird and the smoked turkey was a HUGE success with my family. Will never again purchase from the old supplier, it will be Willie Bird Turkey from now on !!!! I cannot say enough about the taste and quality of Willie Bird Turkey. I have been eating them for many years. I have tried others but NONE even begin to compete with Willie Birds! I would encourage anyone who eats turkey to give Willie Birds a try. Well worth it! I LOVE Willie Birds and I know that anyone who tries them will also LOVE them!
