Sat in the room forever 2xs. I realized I was just a wallet and a patient number.I need comprehensive dental work done and after trying to work with them on a alternative to losing my front teeth I realized that really dont care. Its all about getting there money and as much as they can. Yes....the decline in our medical field does go far and wide. Allow me to begin with the fact that I left this office (6500 Main Street Suite 4 Williamsville, NY) in tears this morning. I was there to get a necessary procedure that would remove large stains from my front teeth. I had been looking forward to be able to smile (while not wearing a mask) without being ashamed about the marks on my front teeth. This was my second time there, in as many weeks. RecommendedI can't begin to say enough good things about this practice, the dentist is fantastic. I have a severe phobia, and haven't been in in years since my dentist retired. She was so patient and understanding with me I was at ease. Then to work with me through some work I needed done she had me wear my earbuds and make a playlist to keep me calm while she did my work. I heard that they are turning away essential workers. During this trying time where the whole world is rallying around our front line workers this dentist is turning them away without explanation. Shame on them.
I recommend anyone go there if you need a caring dentist to take care of your dentistry needs.
I went to the Main Street location today and last week and both times had a very good Experience. I am a very nervous patient. Thank you to all the staff there!!!
I am very disappointed in Williamsville family dentistry. This place was awesome ! However they go through dentist like crazy ! The new dentist tells me my son has two cavaties. He tell me my other son has two cavaties . So we try and call to cancel an appointment and guess what no one answered or calls back . Then I get told we are cancelled as patients . I want to thank you for that I went to a new dentist and no cavaties! I feel they tried to scam me ! Sad this place once was awesome now I would tell people be careful
I had work done over the past 3 weeks. I was nervous. The staff was amazing. I had a crown on my tooth from 10 years ago that was uncomfortable & didn’t fit. They replaced it & it’s like a miracle. The doctor made sure it fit perfectly in my mouth. I couldn’t be happier. If you are anxious about the dentist, I recommend going here. They made everything comfortable & painless. They couldn’t be nicer.
They are great when comes to cleaning and fixing teeth. However, I really could do without the constant text and phone calls reminding of up coming appointments. I already confirmed my appointment the first time I received the text. Really no need for 4 more texts and a phone call telling me to call and confirm appointment. Feel like I'm being harassed more then reminded.
