My dad had surgery there yesterday…My parents never rcvd the arrival time call. So they had to show up and wait 6 HOURS prior to sx bc they didn’t want to risk not having it as my mom took time off my dad has been in pain. My mother has stage 4 cancer and was there a very long time yesterday. I think the part that sucks the most is when they mentioned it to the staff they were told that couldn’t have happened. Everyone from check in to check out was top notch! Extremely friendly, highly professional, with great attitudes! Everyone was all smiles and I could hear them greeting each other as different employees arrived at work. Everyone was very informative from start to finish. They cared about any concerns or questions we had and took as much time as needed to answer them. My procedure was flawless and super easy.

I had knee surgery at Williamson County Hospital's Outpatient Surgery Center. I don't know when I have been so impressed. I have been present for several friends and families who have had outpatient surgery in other centers and had a few surgeries myself in the past. I have always been impressed by these locations. So it's even a bigger deal that I am SO impressed by Williamson County Hospital's Outpatient Surgery Center. The nurses, front desk staff, the Anaesthesiologist, ALL staff were so awesome.
