Lady at the front counter this morning was a very rude person. I didn't know if I was at the right place, but she refused to answer me, told me to out my name down & 20 minutes later, she told me I was at the wrong place. She wasted my time & was VERY rude about it.
Very quick to go back and the lab draw was basically painless and she was quick too. Anticipated having to wait a while and that the blood draw would take longer as well.
Whenever I get my blood drawn at one of the Williamson Medical Center, the staff is ALWAYS VERY NICE, without long wait times. However, recently my husband had his labs done here, and he had to go back to get some tests re-done that the phlebotomist missed when printing out his vials of blood. Ok, a mistake, we understand, no big deal. Them, we received two bills in the mail; one for each time he was there, and they never made sure to have billing send the charges to primary and secondary insurances, so I had to do it.
