This review speaks specifically to period of time that our patient came into the ER and was processed and taken into the examination area. We arrived by automobile from Alabama. The patient was immediately processed and taken to examination area where quickly seen by a physician. The front desk staff were extremely professional and helpful. The entire area is clean. One of the things that bothers me the most is when you go to a medical facility and the people checking you in are sick. They should not be working when they are constantly coughing as the two girls were that were working last night. They coughed constantly for the 2-1/2 hours that I waited in the waiting room to be seen by a doctor. They were exposing people to their germs which isn't fair to the people coming in. There should be a policy that if you're sick, then don't come in to possibly make others sick that are needing ... read more

I brought my patient to the emergency department at approximately 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, she was not seen by a provider for approximately eight hours, during which time she continuously vomited and was clearly suffering. There were approximately six patients in the waiting area, and everyone was waiting for hours to be seen.
