I called on Monday to reschedule my appointment, Amy at the front desk said she would reschedule me for Tuesday at 2pm, when I called at 2pm she said there was no appointment made for me but the day before said it was set. She hung up the call on me when she realized it was me calling to make sure about the appointment, I call again & she declines the call so I continue to call a 3rd time & she begins to get rude and act as if I am the one who started all of it ? Just plain rude & unprofessional clinic.
I went there assuming they did walk ins, got there and saw no other clients waiting in the lobby so assumed they would take me. Piece of cake right.. Front desk lady looked at me as if I was being inconvenient.. I mean absolutely no one in there. Everyone sitting around talking
Excellent is the word, I went in to collect my son‘s birth certificate and within 20 minutes I was out with exceptional service and very friendly staff. Remember the building is 1324.
