I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested my concern about a malfunctioning radio. As a first-time customer, I immediately felt unheard. I was later texted that my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership an hour and a half later, I was told the radio hadn’t even been tested yet and the car was still in service. My experience with these dealer don’t have a end in my live it’s the worst experience with these car and with the willianson cadillac of miami today after 3 months of the car in the dealer with transmission problems now the dent the car in both sides it’s a non stop problem with the dealer and the car my suggestion to any person reading these is run away from these dealer and from a cadillac they are the world pcs of garbage
