Hello. My name is Donna Grant. Last week my mother came for an oil change in her Cadillac SUV. The wait was over two hours. When the gentle return and handed her the keys to her vehicle and informing her she has to walk to go pick it up her vehicle. 7 month after: ( updated) If you’re considering a 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ, do thorough research before buying. It’s a beautiful vehicle with a great design, interior, and features, but our real-world experience has been disappointing. The vehicle has spent too much time in the dealership for a new luxury SUV.
