RecommendedLove living at Williamsburg Place! I've been here for 4 years now and have had great experiences with my neighbors, the wonderful property managers and staff. Everyone is kind, very helpful and quick to respond when there is a need. The grounds are kept well with pretty landscaping, the dumpsters never seem to overflow and it's a very quiet community which is - in my opinion - the number one thing to look for when shopping for an apartment. I am grateful for the care and kindness I have been shown while living here :)
This is my third year in the complex and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The management here is fantastic. Lauren, the property manager, is extremely helpful, kind, and reasonable. Andrew is also wonderful. The few maintenance issues I have needed assistance with over the years have been resolved within 24 hours at most. I have complete trust in the management here. I will live here as long as I am in Auburn.
My biggest regret since moving to Auburn is that I did not live here for all four years. Not only is the rent super affordable, but the neighborhood is so quiet, and as a light sleeper I've gotten the best night's sleep every night since moving in. Lauren and Andrew go above and beyond for tenants. I am honestly sad I have to graduate and move out.
I've lived here for 4 years, and it's incredible. The yard is kept clean and cut, and has plenty of room for pets! If anything ever breaks in the apartment (dishwasher, laundry machine, closet door falling off its hinges) they always fix it promptly. Williamsburg is also conveniently located next to Dunkin Doughnuts! But most importantly, the staff and management of these complexes are incredible! HORRIBLE management. Wasn’t shown property I asked to see. Rescheduled and they sold the property an hour before I was coming to look. Gave me 0 heads up. Was given 0 opportunity bc the people who run this place have no sense.
Auburn village is hands down the best apartment complex in Auburn. Management could not be any better. They are very polite and are quick to fix anything that needs to be repaired. They are lenient about pets and only charge one pet fee. The one bedrooms aren’t too expensive and they are extremely spacious, compared to other one bedrooms in Auburn. The new units in Savannah Square are extremely nice and the balconies are a great addition because they are huge. I love living here!
Savannah square has been the best apartment complex I have rented from in Auburn hands down. A great community from residents, to management, to all the great dogs that live here! I have lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment here and loved them both, Incredibly spacious, everything you could ask for.
