We have the best time. So much for families to do.

Having a Awesome stay, such a peaceful spot, one of the nicest locations we ever stayed, & center where we can visit Water Country, Busch Gardens, Yorktown, Jamestown & yes Williamsburg in a short hop, also near to stores & restaurants wend we wanted to not cook or needed something, this has been one of our favorite for 10+ years, every time we came back, they keep adding more & more, looking forward to our next visit after this one, & seeing what new!?

This is the original KOA, the KOA Colonial just up the street was acquired by the owners of this one. This site, KOA Williamsburg, is on the smaller side and listed as the quiet side. Not clean cabin. Staff were not very friendly or helpful. Bath and restroom house old and very small. Worst KOA and we have been to 35 of them already. Very exspensive!!!

My Husband and I pulled into the campground the front desk girl was very friendly and we were escorted to our "premier pull threw site" it was gravel and dirt and has trash all around cigaret buts, bottle caps someone had cut hair and just left it there! No clean! This is the second KOA we were at and NOt Impressed at ALL! We will stick with GOOD SAMS campgrounds in stead.

They charge for visitors to come by the RV sites, every day they come by. Regardless of age. Ridiculous.

Really impressed with how clean the Deluxe Cabin was, and how comfortable! Staff were friendly and accommodating and the pool was great. My kids want to book a longer stay next time so we can take full advantage of all the activities!
