Great campground. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Grounds were lush and CLEAN!. Bathrooms were spotless. Lots of activities for the kids. This weekend they also had the Easter egg hunt, meeting the Easter bunny, and a small petting zoo. Can see why this campground was awarded. Will be coming back again in the fall for halloween.

We stayed here 2/18-2/20, 2017. It's off season and the rate was $64.93 with my KOA membership. Then they charged us $6/child extra per night to bring our kids. So $24 to have our family (two kids 5 & 7) camp with us. Real family friendly there guys!

I will never go there again ! My son who is in the military for 20 years, who is station at Ft Eutes, came with his 2 teenager sons to see me , was charged $25.00 a visit, Peter at the front desk was very rude, I never heard of charging $25.00 a visit of all the years I have been camping. He came the next day to have dinner with us at the camp sight and again was charged 25.00 to get passed the gate. The WiFi was horrible !! Not counting $70.00 at day to be put way in the back of the camp sight HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

After reading all of the good reviews for this place, I decided to book one of the small cabins for a weekend get away. Having never stayed at a campground before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Lets just say, the reviews did not disappoint! This place was so nice! From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, all of the employees we interacted with were helpful & friendly. The campground itself was extremely clean & well maintained. The cabin we stayed in was very nice & just the perfect size for 2 adults & 2 kids... read more

Sites are overall rather tight and not level. Campers were permitted to blast loud and inappropriate music & at one point after heavy ran the staff beat obnoxiously on the camper door. They wanted us to fold back our mat to preserve grass (mat was on rocks?!?!?). Hats off to the activity crew and ice cream man, they were the only staff we had positive and professional interactions with!

From the after hours check in to the 1st meeting at the store, the staff was incredibly eager to please. Always with a wave and a smile, the staff was always friendly, offered to help with a problem and a general feeling from the owner down to the grounds crew that they enjoy what they do. Clean, need facility. Would stay here again.
