Very afforable and comfortable to live here
i have lived here for 2 years. alot of changes have taken placed. alot of updating fridges and ovens and microwaves. i asked for new blinds and they did put in new ones. I am very pleased and would recommend

I have been a resident for 5 years love the garden they plant for the residents, the office staff is friendly. This was the first apartment I found that the living room was big enough for my sectional. And the bedroom was big enough for my kingsize bed and night stands. Truly enjoy the size of the rooms!
I have lived here almost 3 years. I have enjoyed living here. The rent is so LOW I LOVE IT! This is the first apartment I have been in that actually had a big enough living room to fit all of my furniture. Not to mention built in dishwasher and microwave! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an affordable CLEAN QUIET apartment. Not to mention close to everything.
I am very happy with my apartment at Willamsburg. The staff is always very willing to assist with any request. The leasing manager is very professional, always helpful and truly cares about her residents.
The staff is great! We have no complaints and love it here
