I love my 2 bedroom apartment here at Williamsburg! When I moved in the girl in the office met me after hours to sign my paperwork because I work until 6pm. This really surprised me! My living room is huge, about twice the size of my last apartment. I also really like my balcony, I can see the park when I sit out there. I've lived here for 5 months and I would definitely recommend this place!
I enjoyed being able to fill out an appliaction and maintenance issues on line via there web site.
I lived here for almost two years and I was completely satisfied. Yes, I toured it, duh. Everything that matters works... AC/HEAT, water, electricity, fridge, sinks, toilets, etc. I paid very cheap rent compared to anywhere else I've ever lived in Atlanta. For the space you receive, it's a pretty great deal.
I have lived here for 4 years and Love IT Here, Its Great! I enjoy the location getting out and walking to stores, restaurants.
Williamsburg apartments are fantastic, they size of the apartments are spacious the layout is very comfortable and living here in general is great I plan on renewing my lease in the future.

My living room is huge. So far, so good.
There going to town on everything this year. must be management decided they were tired of fixing and decided to replace it all. everything is new. New sidewalks, new laundry, new doors, new lighting, new hallways They fired the cleaning staff and hired someone else. Every things clean and fresh looking. Nice to come home.
I've been here 1 year and enjoy the location with its walking distance to so many things. Great neighborhood, and the Williamsburg staff is very helpful.
