sucky management. ruined the greenery when they took over and turned it into a concrete jungle. also they just raised the rent of not a one bedroom but an efficiency to over 800 dollars. ridiculous
Lived here for two years 2014-2016. Low rent helped me save for my house. Maintenance sucked at first but got better and they renovated completely in 2016. BRAND NEW EVERYTHING.
Everybody looks like they get along good , it's quiet , and plenty of officers too stop crime
Nasty ass apts,managers are thefts especially Chris hes a crackhead tht takes ppl rent money to buy drugs for hisself then u gettin.served with a late rent notice or eviction paper...Maria is s crook nd a liar she will do anything to get u kicked off of housing,they hv the maintenance men creeping nd watching ppl apt to see whose going in nd out of it...they are bedbug infested,nasty ass old carpet,nd the watef Is past disgusting it will hv ur entire house smelling like a sewer....these apts are the worst nd I don't recommen... read more
