I recently brought my vehicle to them for an oil change and a second opinion as I had taken the vehicle to another mechanic that was open on the weekend and they told me I needed over 600.00 in work done, specifically a new oil filter cap as mine was “seized” and leaking oil. I made an appointment to have my two thermostats replaced. My vehicle took too long to heat up and then would not stay at operating temperature. I was quoted a rate of around 310. I originally had my vehicle looked at on 1/6/2020. I was charged for diagnostic work ($80) and advised there was absolutely nothing wrong. I still had the same issues with my vehicle running too cold. So, I returned on 1/21/2020 and asked to have my thermostats replaced, again.
