Calphalon buyers BEWARE. They do not respect their customers Calphalon is no better than other non-stick pans, in fact even worse because of their deceitful warranty, Customer service is a joke. Do NOT waste your money on the overpriced pans. I purchased a set of Calphalon with a LIFETIME warranty. The non-stick surface started to chip and peel so I submitted a claim. The store manager Raquel had the nastiest attitude to everybody in the store . I’ve been shopping at the Boca location for years being an event planner. I will NEVER go back to this store because of her rude nasty attitude. She’s one of the worst employees I’ve ever encountered
Just left this Williams Sonoma location and it was truly a pleasure!! the staff was ALL super sweet and helpful. thank you to Maria and literally everyone that was working today. such a nice experience!
I’d like to recognize Jadarian for the excellent service he provided during my visit. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. He’s a real asset to the Williams Sonoma team, and I hope his efforts are recognized by management.
