The store has a bunch of boxes, making it hard to move in there, the lady at the front desk basically talked me out of purchasing anything online as her web ordering knowledge were close to...zero, asking me to come back and read what I wanted to order. Worst ADHD experience I’ve ever had. Call WS and ask for a specific product. I was asked for a sku which I didn’t have. Held over 10 minutes. Went ahead and found the sku. Called back and told them I have the sku. Reply “I don’t need it. We have it.” Hopped in Uber $80 round trip. Get to WS. Start talking to sales rep. She is engaged and excited to help until I point out “that’s not what we wanted.” Then she quickly starts helping someone else. Wow.
