Been waiting for over 6 months for my furniture order that is paid in full. Hmmm? Theft?? Scam? Shame on YOU POTTERY BARN.
Walked into the store and was not greeted; this happened on Monday, 8-20-18 between 12:45 and 1:15 pm. The White woman who was working there was very cordial to the White customers and went out of her way to assist them. As a person of color I was crushed and deeply hurt. I work hard to earn a respectable living. My money is green too! After this horrible experience I walked out the door with the money I had intended to spend there.
these clowns send me an order number...put a hold on my money, and then claimed I got the order number wrong when they failed to deliver...i give them a copy of their order form and they're still questioning me...total pieces of shit ducking their own incompetence...and they still have their hands in my account...watch out
We love the adult and children's cooking classes. The staff is always so kind and helpful too.
So disappointed after rave reviews. Cake for Easter dinner stuck to pan! So sorry I bought these.
