I was in this very store today and asked about getting a schedule of upcoming cooking classes. The reply: we are out of them, go online. Not really the type of service I'd expect. I could have stayed home on gone "online."
A suggestion for one of the technique classes would be preparing fish and seafood including shopping and storing prior to cooking. Janis and Bruce Robinson
I always find the most unusual things that I can't find in other stores , I had the hardest time just finding a jersey cookie cutter and they had them.
