My son needed a new shoes for school so we went to Williams yesterday around 4pm. The shop assistant Divi was really kind and helpful though there's two or three other customers in the shop and she's by herself. She kept smiling while attending to all our requests. Left the shop very happy with the service.

Went there yesterday ..looking for flats..saw a staff cleaning at counter,never acknowledged me.i ended up saying hullo to which she said hi without any friendly gesture then continued to what she was doing....I looked a bit.i wanted to ask about a pair I liked...but i felt she wanted me to leave,which i did...she rather clean her store then serve me....at least I know never to go to their store in rouse hill.
I recently visited this Williams store for dress shoes and was served by Britt who was incredibly helpful and attentive, helping me to find exactly what I was after. The store was presented nicely and the service was amazing!
Today I went to Rouse Hill shopping centre and went to buy some sandals for the summer. Went to Williams shoe store with my friend I was served by Jade who was an extremely pleasant and very friendly staff member, her service was excellent, my friend was served by Athena and she also had excellent customer service while choosing which shoes we where going to buy. We both left feeling really happy with our purchases. Both staff members provided excellent customer service.
