I actually saw Dr. Hales nurse practitioner First off I called and asked if they accepted my insurance. I was told they did. 3 weeks later my claim was denied bc they were out of network! This was blamed on me even though I called and asked specifically! Second-we waited 2 hours. The NP came in and said oh...I don't know much about tick bites, you should go see your primary care doctor. she also couldn't give us the correct dosage for an antibiotic. Never again will we use this clinic. Awful
All three of our children have been Dr. Williams and Sheri B since birth. My oldest is now 13. This office staff is the best. They truly care for our kids and have always taken the best care of them. It was always comforting to know they were in the best hands.
