The majority of our buildings are bricks & Victorians built between 1889-1922, though we do have a few newer buildings as well. We work to play up the character & charm of our properties & to make each apartment somewhat unique.

I rented an apartment from Williams properties for three years, and I can easily say that DAX and his team are the best landlords I've ever had, hands down. Besides always being extremely cheerful, friendly, and courteous, they always responded promptly to any repair requests. My wife and I rented for over 2 years. Wonderful and historic building and great management!!!
We rented a studio apartment at the Builtmore in Tacoma. The Williams Prop were amazing to rent from and the studio was so clean, well put together and a wonderful building to live in. The management were great and helpful.
