I was able to obtain an old singer (1940's ish) for making some camping accessories out of a very heavy cloth. Williams Sewing Center took it in and inspected it. He was able to give it a thorough cleaning, adjustments, and even rewired the foot switch and motor. I was very impressed that he chose to repair the parts instead of just replacing the cables and switch. That saved me a bunch of money and now works perfectly. I sew for a living so it is a chore to maintain multiple machines. With Jeff Williams in town keeping my machines running is not a chore any longer.
I live in PA and had my machine sent here, through Singer customer care, due to missing parts. Jeff promptly fixed my machine and returned it to me. When my machine broke again he talked to Singer for me and now they're sending me a new machine. I truly appreciate all he did to help me. Such a nice guy.
