Wait wait and wait. You may be there for 2-4 hours in tbe waiting room. No excuses or apologies from the staff or the doctor. Business as usual. Just winder why they book too many appointments. You might as well let them know your are there and go out for coffee and come back and still you are not attended to. Sorry doc I had to although you are a good person. Peace

Left my 90 year old Mom waiting for 3 hours. Unacceptable and unapologetic......absolutely awful.
Someone I know has waited hours for this doctor in his office for surgery multiple times he goes to lunch and has the elderly patients sitting there no respect for them it's wrong it's rude ridiculous and wrong but they don't say anything because they're scared and they worry the necere some people have because they have a degree we're all the same well we're supposed be anyways
Family came to clinic when Dr Arinella managed it, now just Mom is left but no more. It's a requirement patients wait 2-3 hours for the appointment. Not an exaggeration. Moms never waited less than 2 in a handful of appointments. I asked the nurse if the doctor triple books, since this must be the cause in my mind (guess not), but his 11am was just being initially seen at 12:45p. And this is ROUTINE.
