Someone I know has waited hours for this doctor in his office for surgery multiple times he goes to lunch and has the elderly patients sitting there no respect for them it's wrong it's rude ridiculous and wrong but they don't say anything because they're scared and they worry the necere some people have because they have a degree we're all the same well we're supposed be anyways
Family came to clinic when Dr Arinella managed it, now just Mom is left but no more. It's a requirement patients wait 2-3 hours for the appointment. Not an exaggeration. Moms never waited less than 2 in a handful of appointments. I asked the nurse if the doctor triple books, since this must be the cause in my mind (guess not), but his 11am was just being initially seen at 12:45p. And this is ROUTINE. Very dissatisfied with this doctor, I am shocked to see how he treats patients like objects. He continuously slams the door and does not seem to care about us waiting, not even an apology. There are other doctors in the same practice hired by him, he makes the other doctors look bad, even though they are the complete opposite. The staff also seem to be irritated by his presence. He tried to sign me up for surgery even though I did not want surgery. Doctors should care about people, not care about making money.
Dr Williams is the very best. Very professional and at the top of his field!
