Dr. Brody is a genuinely kind person. She never rushes her patients and always inquires as to how you are doing. As a patient, I know she is quite busy, although her demeanor is always calm. So pleasant to be around.
Apparently she's better than my last dentist / she got me on a prescription toothpaste with extra fluoride that by itself took care of all discomfort that I was having. Next pulled a tooth that was pretty much disconnected anyway got rid of it/ then she got busy on my cavities that is still a work in progress It's going to take a little while because there's quite a few. I just recently moved to the area, after having the same dentist for years. I am so happy to have found this practice. Everyone was super friendly, thorough and helpful.
Jack Williams was an amazing dentist, but then when I lost my job last year and did not realize that my husbands insurance didn't cover a service, they refused to help me, instead they sold my debt to a collection agency. I was very sad because Jillian is a great dentist, but even when I cleared up the debit I won't ever be back to their office.
Great Dentist and Staff! Answered all my questions and easy to understand.
