I always get the iced cappuccino from this location and it always taste amazing but today this new guy was working there and it tasted really bad...did not asked if i want whipped cream on top and was so careless when i mentioned it taste different..i got the student discount but still it came to be the same price so he definitely did not even add that discount. Please try to value your customers more this will only result in loosing the regular customers for Williams!
