Came here with my hubby to enjoy a warm cup of coffee. Not very happy with the service. My husband’s cup was dirty from the outside as if it was reused without washing my mug and plat under it was chipped so sharp that can cut my hand and was sticky. The spoon was filled with stains as shown with the picture I will share here. Very disappointed! This place used to be good
Food was great but poor customer service had to remind about the order couple of times and wait for 30 minutes for the order.
Staff are extremely kind, the drinks are always well prepared and the atmosphere is fantastic. One of the best cafes in the region!
Mature lady at the front on Nov 15 around 2:00pm is the worst server i have ever seen.. so rude to people who order. Hope management will have a look.
