Edit: they did deliver the flowers just three days after Valentine's days. I understand there was a little snow so I'm not completely blaming them. But I did get 2 different emails from them one saying they attempted the delivery (after the time I paid extra for them to deliver it) and another that's said they didn't even try to deliver it because of the snow.
