As always.. Kelly and Christa up front were awesome and I love me some Tonya for a teeth cleaning..!! Bill is not as easy on the eyes as Kari but I like him too..

First let me say this is the nicest group of people I have met in one place! This was my first visit and I came to get my teeth cleaned. When I left I had to schedule another appointment to get my teeth cleaned. If only an exam and x-rays on the first visit is customary, then it needs to be explained beforehand. My husband and I live in Swannanoa and work in the west and north sections of Buncombe county. Especially my husband, has a hard time getting off work. I brought my I-pod to listen to music as a distraction during an unpleasant procedure. It helped to not focus on what was happening. Perhaps headphones for patients that are nervous, or bothered by procedure noises.

I did not realize the 5 year x-rays were so expensive. The dental insurance I have is new to your office (my guess) so I don't know the final total I owe for yesterday's visit. All in all, I am pleased with your office and staff.

My family has been coming to Williams Family Dentistry for years. The way they have treated my mother as she entered into the last stages of dementia is to be admired. The professional way they have continued to treat my family is more than I could ask for. It also means that no matter how far I live away, I will never mind driving the distance to receive excellence. You won't find a better staff or dentists.
