My children and I Love Dr Bill, Dr Kari, and the entire staff. It feels like a mini vacation to visit the office. Never pain and always smiles from everybody. I recommend the office as often as I can to my clients.

The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very ruff, I have sores on my gums. My appointment was on Wednesday today is Sunday and my mouth is still very sore. I normally have Tonya and have never had this happen.

The dental hygienist that professionally cleans my teeth is absolutely wonderful and is a consummate pro. Not only does she have a sparkling personality but she takes a thoroughly professional approach to her job. I really enjoy chatting with her whenever the brief opportunity for meaningful conversation arises during the brief teeth cleaning process.

The only issue I have ever had with your practice is that the estimate of a procedure I had done earlier this year was more than $300 different from what it ended up costing ($700 estimate vs. $1000 total cost). I feel that the changed in insurance had a lot to do with it, but I think you could give better estimates than that.
