Everyone there is always so nice. It makes going to the dentist much easier.
No shots, no gas, great visit
I really enjoy going to Williams Dentistry. Everyone is always so nice and they always make my visit very pleasant! I will definitely recommend anyone needing a dentist.
Everyone at the office is kind and welcoming.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:00am appointment. I was not called back until 9:10. My hygienist told me that they did not see me come in and therefore did not alert her I was there. I sat for 25 minutes, even got up before 9:00 to use the restroom. I do not understand how they did not see me. When I asked them about it after my appointment I was told, ' Hopefully it will not happen again but if it does, knock on the glass'. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
It has been a few weeks so I do not remember the names but everyone was very friendly professional and easy to be around a comfortable experience... also I was not aware of the payment situation but the front office has been very patient and accommodating for us to get everything paid off
