The treatment was great and staff & Dr. Williams are a delight. However, I called ahead to verify my coverage. I received a call back to confirm that my X-rays and cleaning would be covered. About 1 hour after my visit when the services were performed I received a call and I was informed that I had a waiting period for the services I had asked the staff to verify my benefits. I always walk away feeling like my teeth aren't white enough after a cleaning, especially one speccific area. Wondering what is needed to improve that.
