This is by far the best dental practice around!
This is the best dental office in WNC! Krista and Angie make you feel welcome from the time you get there until you leave. Miranda is excellent and pays extra attention to make sure I am comfortable. And Dr. Bill, there are not enough words to describe how amazing this man is! Everyone at their office treats me like family, and that is why I drive over 45 minutes just to see them!!
I always enjoy my visits to Williams Family Dentistry. They have such a friendly staff--they make you feel like you're part of a big family.
Everytime I come in for an appointment, I leave feeling more like I do now than I did before then.
I have really bad "Dentist office" anxiety - sorry nothing personal. However, Tonya made me feel so comfortable. She kept me from being anxious through my cleaning. She has such a calming voice and personality and is great at her job. I can not say enough good things about her. Both Dr. Bill and Dr. Kari are always great! This is the best dentist office ever!
Dr. Williams & Williams practice is truly an awesome experience as a client. I have used this dental practice for over 10 years. There is a great level of care and details provided for each office visit. A good deal of time is taken by the doctors to ensure that every visit is on-time and thorough. A special shout out to Jen Bonessi in the office.

Love the practice. Makes a generally unpleasant experience (going to the dentist) a lot of fun. Staff is wonderful and friendly and have been there a long time.
My experience at Williams Family Dentistry was exceptional. These people love teeth! All the staff was lovely and professional, from the front desk to the dentist. My dental hygienist was Tonya and she did a phenomenal job at cleaning my teeth but also at explaining what she was doing along the way. I feel like her encouragement and thoroughness may have been the ticket to get me flossing on the daily:).
