I truly enjoy my experiences at Williams Family Dentistry! Not only is the staff skilled, efficient, and kind to us patients (speaking for me and my wife), but they also are kind and respectful to each other, which really creates a calm and pleasant environment. Great first time experience! Personable and Professional. From scheduling the appointment to walking out the door I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable.
My family and I love your practice and the people you have working there. However, you do not accept the insurance from Pardee Hospital that my wife and I carry. Because of this, we are forced into considering other options for dental care... Please pick up this insurance carrier! We don't want to change but will if we are backed into a corner. I did have a little anxiety knowing I was haveing a tooth pulled . Dr Bill took good care of me. I have not had any pain taking Tylenol and Advil . I have never liked a dental practice as well as I like Williams Family Practice. Thanks for being so caring.
I was impressed with Williams Family Dentistry from the time I called to make an appointment, all the way through my cleaning and exam. Every person I encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful, including the dentist. (I've been to offices where the dentist was the most harried and least helpful person in the office and whose stress was contagious to their staff and patients. But not here.)
